The exhibition is accompanied by a diverse range of cultural and scholarly events in various formats, including lectures, film screenings, and concerts. The "Deutschlandradio Kultur" concert series in Wartburg’s banquet hall is also entirely devoted to Luther and the anniversary of the Reformation in 2017.
The price of admission includes an audio guide for adults (German, English) and children (German), providing background information on objects in the exhibition. The audio guide draws interesting, in some cases surprising connections and situates the displayed objects in relation to the theme “Luther and the Germans.”A third audio guide about Wartburg Castle (German, English, Dutch, Russian, Japanese, French, Korean) completes the offer. All audio guides are playable on one device.
Special guided tours of the exhibition are available in German (advanced booking requested).
